Reflections & Accolades
"Kassie is a born leader with a fundamental belief that anything is possible. She is passionate, smart and an active listener who provides unwavering support. Kassie helps you to discover what is important, set priorities and find creative and realistic ways for you to go after them.
I was in the process of starting my own business when we first worked together. Kassie pushed me to dig deeper, see blockages, and move forward with a clear vision. Through our discussions, I had many ‘ah ha’ moments that gave me a fresh perspective and renewed motivation. Kassie’s blend of business acumen, entrepreneurial experience and grounded compassion helped me make a seemingly daunting process into something manageable, inspirational and even fun.
She is the GPS for your business, the organic chef for your body, and the personal trainer for your soul. Working with Kassie is one of the best investments I have ever made."

"Kassie’s listening skills allowed her to hear and understand the sub-text of what I was saying and help me gain more clarity and focus so I could be successful. She has a unique talent to help you get clear on your goals, make them realistic and harness your energy in ways that work both short-term and long-term. She brought an organized discipline to my coaching process; I would hire her again in a heartbeat."

“Working with Kassie over the last year has made a significant impact on my filmmaking, as she challenged me to dig deeper on many levels. Artistically, she helped me look at myself and my work with new eyes – so I could clearly see where I wanted to go. She asked great questions that helped me look both inside myself and at the big picture, commit to meaningful goals and take my work to the next level.
Developing better communication and time management skills set a foundation for me so I can spend more time making art rather than dealing with daily issues. She also helped me develop smooth working relationships that have lead to stronger artistic collaborations. The result is that I am telling richer and more meaningful stories with less effort, more ease and more heart.”

"When Kassie was first referred to me as an ‘Integral Coach’, I responded out of curiosity. Having been in the business world all my adult life, I am very analytical, very disciplined, very motivated, and very objective. So what could ‘Integral Coaching’ provide me?
For one thing, she has given me a tremendously objective and, by definition, holistic view of myself from outside the business construct. And that in a nutshell is the point. In order to become really good at anything, we have no choice but to become completely immersed in that world, usually at the expense of seeing, appreciating, living the bigger picture.
Should the occasion arise when we want to expand our horizons beyond our “obsessed field”, we usually find it to be a real challenge. ‘Thinking outside the box’, if you will, requires a new perspective, new tools, and most critically, an entirely new approach.
In my own case, on the side, I had been a serious ‘closet’ fine art photographer for 25 years. As success in the business world allowed me to transition to an advisory role, I found I now had the time to pursue my passion pretty much full time. And that meant pursuing my interest with the type of discipline and energy which served me so well in the business world. For the next 10-12 years, I did just that, only to find that while my photography progressed at a very satisfying pace, my “reach” within the fine art world did not. Since I have always felt I had a unique vision to convey, I became increasingly frustrated that my years of business knowledge were not enough to really penetrate an entirely different field.
In an initial conversation with Kassie, I was fascinated to learn that she came from the world of marketing; but was even more intrigued with the questions she asked me about myself. Within that 30-minute telephone discussion, she caused me to think differently about where I had come from, where I was at the moment, and where I wanted to go. In short, Kassie had me really ‘thinking outside the box.'
Nine months later, Kassie has helped me to think about the next 10-15 years of my life, framing them as a Legacy Plan, since by then I will be in my early 80’s. In short, I now have a plan matching any roadmap I ever had for a particular business project. This ‘Legacy Plan’ incorporates all aspects of my life into a comprehensive definition of where I would like to end up, together with concrete steps as to how to get there.
One to two hours per week (live and with homework), being coached ‘to think outside the box’ has been incredibly well-spent time. The old adage, “if I have a plan, there is no question I can carry it out” is so very true. The key is to have a personal plan that you can believe in, and has the necessary detail and support which insures that it can be followed."
